Lucy is the Owner and Director of Abode.

With a love of property, Lucy prides herself on being your local estate agent, but not your average estate agent.

The opportunity to take over Borron Shaw Orrell arose mid-pandemic, and so Lucy took to the challenge and is loving every minute.

Values of honesty, integrity, support, and trust drive all that Lucy does as she strives to create a business focused on providing value to the clients.

Three children and three rescue dogs mean that life is always busy but in her spare time, Lucy supports the growth of international grape growing, and relaxes with a glass of its best produce, that’s when she’s not out dog rescuing!

Natalie is a sales negotiator at Abode.

She has worked with Lucy over many years and brings years of experience in property having started in the industry as a bright-eyed 21-year-old.

Natalie will confess to loving helping people, seeing different constructions and architecture and so this role is her perfect match!

In her free time, she is usually found crafting or working on DIY, singing professionally or DJ’ing and making elaborate celebration cakes.

She is also a whiz at ICT and so is usually the one to deal with IT problems in the office.

Lisa is at the heart of the team, there is nothing that she does not know about Orrell or property.

She has worked with Borron Shaw Orrell for many years having met the previous owners through her own property sale and then ended up working for them a couple of years later.

Lisa enjoys walking and holidays, and is often found dreaming over ‘A Place in the Sun.’

Her personal ambition is to buy her own place abroad.

Nicola is a sales negotiator and accompanied viewer for Abode Sales & lettings. 

She returned to work with Lucy and Lisa in November 2020 and has many years of experience within the property market.

Nicola enjoys face to face viewings, meeting clients, finding out about their property needs and their onward plans.

Having lived in Wigan her whole life Nicola knows the area well. 

She is a legend in the local community helping to keep the beautiful village of ‘Brighter, Better Orrell’ wonderful and is often found locally litter picking with her two beautiful daughters and her dog.

Stevie is our newest recruit and is a law student.

A real fashionista, she is bringing youth to the team, doing wonders, and blossoming in the world of real estate.

When not in work, she loves spending time in the Lake District or Wales just walking and enjoying the outdoors.

Stevie believes in giving the personal touch to each and every customer and will always be prepared to talk through the process and give that extra understanding.

Property expert and valuer, Adam has recently joined the team at Abode.

He brings experience and honest insight into the housing market and will share a fresh approach to valuing your home.

Loyal to friends and family, Adam loves spending time with them and is often found to be the main organiser of all things social.

Whether playing football or being involved in Wigan Junior Latics football team Adam enjoys working with others and is really looking forward to meeting people through his work at Abode.
